  • Copyright-protected and improperly shared
  • Misused without consent

A. How to File a Takedown Request

Send an email to legal@educip.com with:

  1. Your full name, designation, and institution/company name
  2. Contact email and mobile number
  3. URL(s) or document reference of the content in question
  4. Proof of ownership or proof of violation (PDF/image/link)
  5. A declaration that the information is true and you are authorized to request removal

B. Review Timeline

  • Acknowledgment: 24–48 hours
  • Initial Review: 3–7 working days
  • Action: Removal / Partial Restriction / Rejection with Reason

C. When EduCIP Will Remove Content

  • Proven false or unlawfully uploaded
  • Copyright infringement
  • Court-restricted
  • Personal data without consent
  • Defamatory without evidence
  • Violating Indian IT/IPC laws

D. Blacklist Disclaimer

  • Investigation
  • Verified evidence
  • Repeated complaints
  • Official document analysis

If a blacklisted party seeks removal, they must provide counter-evidence, submit clarification, and cooperate with verification. False takedown attempts will be legally actionable.

All legal disputes fall under the courts of Kanpur, India.
